Take off a whole system and everything beneath it in one pass — lengths by size, counts by type, broken down per level — and get back a document you can send out rather than a table you have to reformat.
Measurement
Quantities that come from the model.
- Measured from the model — path lengths by size and terminal counts by type, aggregated per level and per system across a whole system tree.
- Vertical runs and stacks — risers and main stacks included in scope rather than measured separately by hand.
- Grouped how you schedule — terminals counted under their Type Mark — Type A, Type B — instead of raw type names, matching the way the schedule reads.
- Waste and stock lengths — a percentage margin applied and lengths rounded up to what you actually order, so quantity reflects procurement not geometry.
- Traceable — click a line in the take-off and the elements behind it are selected and zoomed to on the canvas.
The document
A bill, not a data dump.
The output is structured the way a bill of quantities is expected to arrive: numbered items with descriptions, quantities and units, under section headings, with totals.
